MANSCAPED Lawn Mower 4.0 VS MANSPOT Body Trimmer | Which One Is More Worth It? [Review & Comparison]

In today's video, we're going to be changing things up a bit and doing something completely different. We're going to be comparing two similar products. I will compare and contrast them to see which one I prefer. In today's video, we have MANSCAPED Lawn Mower 4.0 and we have MANSPOT Body Trimmer. The price of MANSCAPED is around $90 (prices may change) while MANSPOT is around $30 (prices may change). These are very similar products. They're both waterproof, they both come with safe technology. They're both rechargeable. They're both wireless. They both have addons that can be attached to the devices. I want to see is if it is really worth spending a lot more money for MANSCAPED or can I get the same performance with the more budget-friendly MANSPOT.

Let's move on to the first look and unboxing portion of this video.

Before we proceed with unboxing and comparing the products, I do want to mention that I have already used both products. We're going to start with MANSPOT Body Trimmer. I now have the box in front of me. We got MANSPOT printed on top. We got a picture of the product itself. There are some specifications and details on the side. They also show you what's included such as the trimmer, adjustable guards, cleaning brush, and USB charging cable. We're going to take a look at those as I unbox it. Upon opening the box, we're instantly greeted with the razor itself. Overall, it doesn't look too bad. It's pretty small and compact.

You can easily take this on the go. We got our power button in the middle and LED indicators at the bottom when we power it on. We also have a charging port that we can use to charge the device. Inside the box, we have all our different accessories. You got your guards that you can use if you want to protect your hair. It's nice to see that they included that as well. We have a USB charging cable. We also have our cleaning brush. They included a quick-start guide and we also got a warranty card and instructions for replacing the blade right there. We also have our user guide, which will explain how to use this product and all the different features and things it has. Let's take a look at MANSCAPED Lawn Mower 4.0.

On the front of the box, it just says MANSCAPED, and then we have a picture of the product. This is the Lawn Mower 4.0. There are a few specifications and details on the back as well. Let's open it up to see what's inside. You have the MANSCAPED Lawn Mower 4.0 on top, and we have some usual manuals and guides. There is a quick-start guide and a user guide. As for the addons, we have our two guards. We have our charging dock station. We have our charging cable and charging brick, which is braided. We also have our cleaning brush as well.

I have both products side-by-side, the MANSPOT Body Trimmer on the left side and our MANSCAPED Lawn Mower 4.0 on the right. The package contents are very similar between these two. Even with the razors themselves, the form factor is very similar. They both are the same length. What I do notice is with MANSPOT, it's wider so it covers more area. With the MANSCAPED, the blade width is a lot narrower, so keep that in mind.

We do get the power button in the middle for both of them. We have LED indicators on both as well. With MANSPOT, you do need to plug it in with that port that I mentioned while with MANSCAPE, you insert it in the dock, and then you plug a USB-C cable into it. With MANSCAPE, you have an LED light while with MANSPOT, you do not. They're both waterproof and rechargeable.

Let's power them on. You'll know MANSCAPED is on because of the LED indicator lighting up. I'm turning it off. With MANSPOT, there is also an LED indicator. They're both pretty quiet. I wouldn't really say one is louder than the other one. I did notice that when I turned both of them on, MANSPOT powered on faster than the MANSCAPED did. MANSCAPED took a little more time to get ready. The design is similar between the two. They both went with this gray look. Both have safe nicking technology, to prevent you from nicking your hair or whatever you're trying to cut with this razor.

Is the $60 price difference beneficial? For some of you, you may just go with MANSCAPED. As for me, I try to save my money whenever I can. I save money and buy things that are budget-friendly. That's why I review a lot of budget items on this channel because I like to save money and be a little frugal. With MANSPOT, I feel like you're still getting a pretty decent package. If I had to choose between these two, I would go with MANSPOT because you still get all the different features that MANSCAPED is offering, but for less.

The only thing that this doesn't have is that LED flashlight, which MANSCAPED has, and that allows you to see stuff in the dark. Besides that, MANSPOT has wider coverage, while MANSCAPED has less. They're both very similar. Keep that in mind. The form factor is the same. They both feel very comfortable to hold and use. Overall, you're really getting the same thing. That's the main message that I'm trying to get across to you. You're getting the same thing. Is it worth spending more money to get the same exact product, or is it more worth it to spend less for the same exact product?

In this part of the video, I'm going to be demonstrating the MANSCAPED. We're going to test it out, and we'll also be demonstrating the MANSPOT trimmer on my leg. I haven't shaved my leg in a long time, so there's so much to trim for this demo. Let's start with the MANSPOT. Let's start shaving. It's doing a very good job of trimming my hair. Now, there's a hairless gap on my leg. It's doing a very good job. I'm powering it off.

Let's try the MANSCAPED. It's pretty effective as well. It's doing a good job of trimming the hair on my leg, which is good. Both of these devices are pretty good for trimming hair.

I also want to quickly demonstrate the waterproof capabilities of both of these trimmers. Even if MANSPOT is in the water, it performs the same as it would work if it wasn't in the water. With MANSCAPED, it's the same thing. You can use both of these devices underwater. I can even submerge them underwater completely, and they'll still perform, so both of these are waterproof. You do get the waterproof capabilities with both of the trimmers, which is nice. You can use them in the shower, and they will perform perfectly fine.

Here are my final opinions and remarks about the two products. We have the MANSPOT, and we have the MANSCAPED 4.0. Both of them performed well. No matter which you choose, you're getting good value. They both perform well. Personally, I feel like MANSPOT just makes more sense in terms of pricing and also what they're offering. Just keep that in mind.
