Hey guys. It's Dr. Stacey Naito, IFBB Bikini Pro, and today, I'm going to do an unboxing of the Eros Smart Body Fat Scale.

I love the design of the INEVIFIT Eros Bluetooth Smart Body Fat Scale. It's very futuristic. It's very cool. I love it. You can actually scan the box with your mobile device to get the app onto your phone. That's really cool, really convenient. They made it really easy. There's a manufacturer's 5-year warranty. It is highly accurate. You get percent body composition, unlimited users, and smart tracking through the app.

I'm going to take it out to make this easier. There's auto calibration, so whenever you step on it, you get the auto-calibrate to get it to zero-out.

I would imagine that it works just like most other scales do, but you've got that wonderful smart app that you can get on your phone. There was one little glitch that I encountered, which was I couldn't get my exact birth date on the app. It kept defaulting to a birth year of 1990, and I was not born in 1990. That's just all I'm going to say. I was able to get my month and day in there. Anyway, there is actually a toll-free number that you can call for customer support, which is really cool.
Anyway, you can put your weight goal in the app, your body fat goal, and then when you step on the scale, it's going to give you your weight, your BMI, your body fat, fat-free body weight, so that's your lean muscle mass, your SUBQ fat, visceral fat, body water, skeletal muscle, bone mass, protein, basal metabolic rate, and metabolic age. It's all there on the box. It's very thorough, which I like. I've got my account set up, so basically, what I could do is I could actually use this.

I put some batteries in the INEVIFIT Eros Bluetooth Smart Body Fat Scale. It takes three AAA batteries, which I installed in the back. And then, when you step on the scale and then step off of it, it will calibrate. It'll just automatically calibrate. You step on the scale, wait until it gives you a reading, and then you'll actually hear a confirmation on your phone that it went through.

With the measurement, it'll give you a lot of information. It's giving me my fat free body weight, SUBQ fat, skeletal muscle, bone mass, muscle mass, my BMR, metabolic age, protein, and all that.

It's really nifty, and then if you have certain body goals, this is going to allow you to set a body weight goal and a body fat goal. Since I've been in the deep off-season since 2014, things are a little bit different. When I used to compete, I would compete at 14% body fat, and I would compete at 117 pounds. I'm a good ten pounds heavier than that right now.

I was 128.4 pounds, and my body fat is 16.3. I've got a low body fat, but I'm not thrilled about the 128 pounds. It's the day before Thanksgiving, so we'll see if that number goes up. It's really cool. I could see that 14.9% of the fat is subcutaneous versus the visceral fat, which is three. I don't have a lot of visceral fat. That's healthy. That's good.

Total body water is on here. My muscle mass is 101 pounds out of 128 pounds. It's not bad. My bone mass is 6.4 pounds. My metabolic age is 28. I wish I was really 28, but it's really nifty. It's so cool. The next time I step on the INEVIFIT Eros Bluetooth Smart Body Fat Scale, I can get new readings, and then I can track this.

I'd like to get back to 120, to be honest with you. That's just where I feel comfortable, and it's closer to my competition weight. But, I'm also 53 years old, so I'm not expecting any miracles. But, if I change my mind, if I say that I want to compete again, wow, I can use this scale.

I love this scale. I think it's actually really amazing, and I'm looking forward to using it. I think all the features are wonderful. I love the fact that there are unlimited users, so basically, on the app, you just set up your profile, and whoever steps on the scale can get their body composition stats right there on their phone and track them. I love this product.

Definitely check out Eros Smart body Fat Scale. It is indeed smart. It is indeed sleek, and I'm going to enjoy having this in my master bath to use to track my progress. Two thumbs up.
